Surface the Unwritten Ground Rules (UGRs) that shape how your teams work, see them clearly in reports, and act on what you find.

Unwritten Ground Rules, or UGRs, are people's perception of 'this is the way we do things around here'.
UGRs drive behaviour. Understanding the ones at play in a team or across a company gives real insight into how an organisation works: helpful ones to protect, unhelpful ones to examine.
Team members complete a UGRs Stock Take survey, describing the ground rules they experience day to day.
Each ground rule is rated as having a positive, neutral or negative impact.
Results come back as clear reports and exports, ready to guide the conversation about what to change.
